Program Goals/Target Schools

Program Goals

To motivate students to successfully complete school.
To provide information and guidance necessary for admission to college
To improve grades, attendance and behavior
To improve educational skills (i.e., study, test taking, and time management skills)
To provide enrichment in coursework as required
To allow for career exploration
To provide positive role models
To provide positive social, cultural, and educational activities
To help students develop a positive self-concept
To inform and encourage parents to become active partners in the education of their children
